Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the company management. If you are not happy with any of your purchases from our site, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods. On the condition that all goods returned are received in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, your card/Paypal account will be credited with a full refund (including the cost of outgoing postage & packaging if Intersales Music is at fault).
